In 1994, Shinsuke Takizawa was involved in motorcycles and the surrounding counter culture when he started Neighborhood Technical Apparel in Harajuku, Tokyo.  Neighborhood Technical Apparel infuses motorcycle, military, and outdoor elements in all of the products that they produce.
