MOSLEY TRIBES combines the design, knowledge and aesthetic of Oliver Peoples with visionaries from the active lifestyle and performance sports worlds in an effort to fill the niche between fashion and active lifestyle brands.
Every season Mosley Tribes travels to a new location which becomes the basis of their inspiration. This season Mosley Tribes traveled to the southwestern region of the United States, specifically the art centric city of Santa Fe in New Mexico and the wilderness surrounding it. The opportunity to connect with the land and the people there provided Mosley with a deep appreciation for the natural wonders of the amazing landscape. Influenced by the natural pigments of the region, the color selection of laminates, lenses, and textures used in the 2010 Summer Fall collection reflect the local Native American culture.
