Founded in Los Angeles in 2010 LADD Denim aims to carve its niche in the denim market with its originality in design, construction, and fit.

Terrence Ladd sought the design expertise of Bartolo August III to create a new archetype of denim; clean, subtle, innovation in design with restraint. Always with the goal of improving the sartorial image of ourselves and those around us.

Manufactured in Los Angeles LADD’s design aesthetic is subtle. With the inclusion of a 4 button opening at the back of the leg, each pair can be worn in its original silhouette of original straight, slim straight, or taper, but can also be unbuttoned at the back to open the silhouette slightly over a shoe or boot.

The Santa Barbara/Los Angeles based denim company LADD utilizes precision in construction, and innovation in design. Stitching is classically inspired while the stark contrast of brown–gold thread on the raw Turkish denim pays homage to the pioneers of the denim craft.

LADD buttons are matte black coated metal and are reminiscent of utility coated in urban fiber. Tonal bar tacks and contrast triple needle stitching on the out seam of the hip are subtly executed and add unusual detail to the simplicity of the design.
