Babylon Cartel was founded on the notion of “Pushing the Envelope” in street wear.  Founded in Philadelphia, PA in the summer of 2006.  Babylon dropped in the market with its innovative style full of color, energy, and a unique style.   Babylon’s mission was simple.  “To provide high quality, cutting edge, creative, and high end apparel to the masses.”
